Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid SLP license for the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellow (CF) considered
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-age populations strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students
- Develop and deliver individualized education plan (IEP) goals and provide therapy to meet each student’s needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress, assessments, and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team approach
- Offer consultations, resources, and support to educators and parents as needed
