Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with strong clinical skills to support students in middle and high school settings near Cedarburg, WI. This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for both seasoned SLPs (CCC required) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) eager to make a meaningful difference during a specified leave coverage. The assignment is set to run from August 2026 through November 2026, providing specialized therapy services and collaborating with a dynamic educational team.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Wisconsin (SLP-CCC or eligible for CFY)
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Previous experience in educational settings with middle and/or high school students preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and evaluation services to middle and high school students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans to support student growth
- Assess, document, and report progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and staff, and serve as a resource for families
- Adapt approaches and interventions based on student response and team input
- Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards
