Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification

- Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload split between two elementary locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to elementary students across both sites
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to address students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide support, resources, and guidance to educators and families regarding students’ speech-language needs
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment
