Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ individual speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in group and individual settings
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide ongoing education and resources to support staff and families
