Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on student-specific speech and language goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adjusting strategies to meet a variety of needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including teachers and other service providers
- Partner with families, offering support and education to involve them in their child’s progress
Requirements & Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Possess or be eligible for current state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with school-aged or pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong ability to communicate and build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Capable of excelling both independently and as a collaborative team member
- Active license from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology required
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology required
