A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025–2026 school year in Wyoming, supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs in a school setting. This contract position provides a dynamic environment where you will conduct assessments, deliver individualized therapy, and collaborate closely with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop IEP goals tailored to student needs.
  • Provide individual and small group speech therapy services aligned with IEP requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Wyoming SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • ASHA CCC certification preferred; clinical fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply with supervision available.
  • Experience in school-based settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Location:

  • This position is based in Wyoming, within school district settings.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Competitive pay starting at $48+ per hour, based on experience and certification status.
  • Flexible employment options including 1099 or W2.
  • For W2 employees, benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and clinical fellowship supervision.
  • Travel stipends covering housing and meals for eligible candidates.
  • Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar (Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends). Part-time options considered.
