Required Qualifications:
- Active Indiana School Services Personnel license in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or strong background in school-based SLP

- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic educational environments
- Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
- Comfortable maintaining documentation and case records according to school and state requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse elementary caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support student success
- Document progress, intervention strategies, and compliance with state and federal mandates
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, fostering a supportive network for students
- Support additional SLP needs as determined by the school
