School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Carmel, Indiana

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Indianapolis, Indiana. Serving K-12 students across three schools—including one Montessori School and two Exploratory Schools—this position offers a dynamic and diverse caseload within a supportive educational environment. The role requires a valid license and supports Speech-Language Pathologists at various stages, including those holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations, screenings, and therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Manage caseload across three school locations, tailoring interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or willingness to work in school settings, including Montessori and exploratory education models
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with K-12 speech-language pathology services preferred
- Credentials may include CCC and/or CFY status
Location and Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week, full-time schedule with consistent start and end times
- Positions based in Indianapolis, Indiana
