Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming elementary school in Carlsbad, CA. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with young learners to support speech, language, and communication development in a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
