Providing speech-language pathology services for elementary students, this full-time, contract position is based in Pensacola, Florida. The role supports an elementary school caseload of approximately 45 students within a school district, requiring on-site work from August 12, 2026, through May 25, 2027.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and valid certifications
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with elementary-age children
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Willingness and ability to work on-site full time, maintaining 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
