What you bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible licensure as an SLP in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ready for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to new graduates
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and student growth
What you'll do:
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide group and one-on-one speech therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators and families to support learning goals
- Monitor progress and document services per district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
- Stay up to date with evidence-based practices and regulatory guidelines
