Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group formats
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support classroom strategies and reinforce learning objectives
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
