A dynamic opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students in the Boston, MA area for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis. This role focuses on providing specialized speech and language services to enhance the communication skills of pediatric learners within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to address various pediatric speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
  • Experience working as an SLP in school settings with pediatric populations.
  • Strong understanding of speech-language development and disorders in children.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
