Speech Language Pathologist in Burlington, NC

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting student development and collaboration with educational teams
- Commitment to onsite work, with a possibility of virtual options being considered later
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and help determine eligibility for services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document therapies
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Consult regularly with families, educators, and related service providers to maximize student growth
