SLP in Burlington, MA
This opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a high school setting located in Burlington, MA. This contract position spans the current school year and involves working closely with K-12 students to support their communication and language development.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering direct speech and language therapy, collaborating with educators and families, and documenting student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification/licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience working with school-age children, preferably within a high school setting
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with educational regulations and individualized education programs (IEP)
