School Speech Therapist | Hamburg, New York
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting serving students from Kindergarten through 4th grade. This role offers the chance to support a caseload of 10-11 students, each requiring three sessions per week, making a meaningful impact on their communication development.

- Work Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, 2-3 days onsite
- Age Group Served: K-4th Grade students

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ goals
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech goals into classroom activities
- Monitor and document student progress thoroughly and adjust plans accordingly
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment
- Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy techniques
- Ability to engage young learners effectively and facilitate their communication growth
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
