Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in diverse age groups
- Develop and implement individual education and therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with IEP and special education requirements
- Provide both direct and consultative services in accordance with student IEPs
- Engage in progress monitoring and participate in IEP meetings
