Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid Ohio SLP license and Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates also welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
- Offer support and resources to staff and families to promote communication success
