Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working in a school or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), participate in meetings, and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop supportive strategies for student success
- Deliver services in a variety of formats (individual, group, classroom-based) per student IEPs
- Educate staff and parents about speech-language needs and progress
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
