What You'll Bring:
- Valid state SLP license
- Previous experience in school-based settings
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with K-12 students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40-70 students
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Participate in campus and district meetings and contribute as an active member of the school community
Enjoy a schedule of 30 hours per week, 5 days per week, helping build communication skills that will serve students for a lifetime. Compensation for this SLP contract falls within $55-60 per hour and is paid weekly, ensuring reliable and timely payment.
