Core Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience within a school setting is highly valued
- Passion for helping children reach communication goals
- Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor interventions across age ranges and individual needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Provide direct therapy and group interventions as needed
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insights
