This opportunity is for a part-time or full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) located in Bristol, WI. You will work within a school setting, providing specialized support to students from 2nd through 8th grade. The caseload includes approximately 30 students, ranging from consultative roles to direct intervention for medically fragile students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices. This position requires a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and medical professionals to support student communication goals
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans catering to a diverse student population, including those requiring AAC
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Skilled in managing caseloads that include medically fragile students and AAC users
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
