Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and treatment planning
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and student-focused
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support each child’s communication progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development as required
