School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Longmont, Colorado
Make an impact supporting students in a thriving educational environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, school-based position focuses on helping K-12 students reach their communication goals in a collaborative and supportive setting. The contract runs from mid-August 2026 through late May 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start for required staff days.
Bring your expertise working with school-aged populations and help foster student success in a vibrant community of educators and learners. The schedule runs Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (32 hours per week), allowing for a rewarding work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working in K-12 schools strongly preferred
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for diverse student needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite and manage a variety of cases independently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain thorough, timely records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
