School Speech Language Pathologist - Bridgeport, Connecticut
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought to provide onsite services for students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, servicing 1-2 locations within Bridgeport, CT, for the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across all grade levels K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services and progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on speech-language issues.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
- Experience working in a school setting with K-12 populations preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work onsite consistently for full-time hours.
Work Location:
- Onsite at 1-2 school locations in Bridgeport, CT.
