- Prior experience in a school setting is valued but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and document progress efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with classroom teachers, families, and other professionals
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
- Track, monitor, and report student progress, updating plans as needed
- Support faculty and families with expert input on communication disorders and strategies for student success
