School Speech Language Pathologist - Bremerton, Washington

You’ll play a vital role in collaborative teams, contributing to the development and ongoing monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Current, valid Washington State ESA Certificate for speech/language pathologists
- Valid Restraint Certification
- Experience equivalency or clinical competence certificate (or eligibility to obtain)
- Familiarity with special education programs strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and determine eligibility for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment focused on each student’s success
