School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bremerton, Washington

To be considered, candidates must possess:
- Active Washington SLP License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential
- Current fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience, particularly at the elementary level, strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt to caseload demands and contribute to a positive school environment
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student progress
- Providing direct therapy services and documenting outcomes
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based initiatives
- Upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of student care
