School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bremerton, Washington
Step into a dynamic opportunity supporting students in an educational setting near Bremerton, WA. Multiple openings are available for contract Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide pivotal services during the 2026–2027 academic year. As a full-time SLP, you’ll work in-person from late August through mid-June, serving students at both elementary (caseload of 42) and secondary levels (caseload of 45).

Qualifications:
- Valid WA Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Current Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
- SLP credentials (CCC preferred)
- Experience within school-based or pediatric settings is desirable
- Proficient with implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy through evidence-based techniques in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to best support each student’s educational success
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing reports and recommendations
