Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of student needs and school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a small charter school setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, maintain detailed documentation, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights for student plans
- Offer support and guidance to teachers regarding speech and language strategies in the classroom
Candidates selected for this role will enjoy competitive hourly rates dependent on experience, ranging from $50 to $65.
