Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Bremerton, Washington
A full-time Speech-Language Pathology opportunity is available in a school setting in Bremerton, WA, serving students from TK through 5th grade. This contract position offers an immediate start with an end-of-school-year assignment timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to TK-5th grade students within the school environment.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent licensure.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent.
- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in schools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
