School Speech Language Pathologist - Brainerd, Minnesota

What We’re Looking For:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or CFY
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students requiring speech and language support
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
- Deliver direct and consultative services for students across a range of diagnoses and abilities
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs within the classroom environment
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based intervention strategies
