Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY considered if applicable)
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and conduct evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure students’ progress and success
- Maintain detailed, compliant records of therapy, progress notes, and assessment data
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and adapt therapy techniques to meet students’ unique needs
