You’ll be matched to a caseload based on assignment needs, working with students across various age groups. The district values strong clinical skills and prioritizes candidates who have earned their CCCs, though SLP-CFs with completed Master’s degrees are encouraged to apply. Remote or hybrid work is not available; your direct presence on campus is essential in helping students develop essential communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active Nevada Department of Education Certificate
- Active Nevada SLP License
- Completion of a SLP Master’s program (CFs welcome, CCCs strongly preferred)
- Ability to complete district-coordinated fingerprinting and credentialing promptly
- Availability for a “prescreen” interview, with scheduling flexibility between 9-11 a.m. or 2-3 p.m. EST
- Full-time, immediate start required
- Bilingual skills are highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students, following individualized education plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and progress reports
- Adapt support strategies to the needs of diverse student populations
