Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license for the state of Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome
- Experience with school-aged, elementary populations a plus
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with educators, families, and students
- Self-starter, able to manage a flexible schedule independently
- Must be able to work onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Complete assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work with approximately 65 students, splitting time between two schools
- Maintain thorough documentation as required by district and state guidelines
- Engage in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
