Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with K-2nd grade
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver push-in speech and language therapy services to K-2nd grade students in their classrooms
- Effectively manage a caseload of 25-30 students, supporting their individual IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Keep accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize the provided master schedule to maximize instructional and therapy time
