- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and development of IEP goals
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with various speech, language, and communication disorders
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students’ academic goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech/language goals and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate
