Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement evidence-based Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, sessions, and progress
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
