A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-5 school setting for an onsite contract position located in Hialeah, FL. This role is ideal for a licensed SLP who enjoys working directly with children and is committed to supporting their communication and speech development in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-5.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ specific needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Experience or specialization in school-based speech therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children and school personnel.
  • Ability to work onsite for 3-4 days per week, providing 23-28 hours of therapy services weekly.
