Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proven background in delivering school-based speech and language services
- Familiarity with managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ideally using SPED Track
- Previous experience supervising and supporting a team, particularly SLPAs
- Comfortable providing both direct therapy and supervisory support in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
- Conduct assessments, track student progress, and update IEPs using SPED Track
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Maintain accurate records and adherence to compliance guidelines
- Offer flexibility with service delivery, with in-person or VOCO options available
