Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Blue Ridge, Georgia

Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting preschool and elementary students. Work across 2-4 school sites, providing services to children from ages 3 through 5th grade in a collaborative educational setting.
You will enjoy a schedule of approximately 24 hours each week, working three days per week, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. Starting July 27, 2026, this assignment extends through May 2027, offering a meaningful way to make an impact throughout the entire school year. Compensation for this position is set at $45 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF)
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a diverse caseload across preschool and elementary students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for students aged 3 to 5th grade
- Develop and implement IEPs that address both speech-language and educational goals
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Travel between 2-4 school sites within the district as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
