Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed, student-focused part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully remote team providing teletherapy services to K–12 students throughout Minnesota. This 24-hour-per-week virtual position follows a school-based schedule and allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services that support students’ communication skills, academic success, and social development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy using secure online platforms

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
-
Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license
-
Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

School-based or pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience a plus
