Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist - Blackwell, OK

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary school caseload, delivering tailored speech and language services
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Conduct assessments and create intervention plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions individually and in small groups
- Monitor, track, and report on student progress using data-driven approaches
- Consult with teachers and support staff to facilitate integration of therapy goals in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support discussions
