Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active New York State SLP license (required for all candidates)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are considered
- Experience working in K–12 school settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work onsite; willingness to consider virtual or hybrid arrangements as district policy allows
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as specified in IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and write progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and compliance efforts
- Engage in ongoing professional development offered through the agency
