Key Qualifications:
- Hold active Speech-Language Pathology licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest working with school-aged students
- Familiarity with assessment tools, IEP development, and delivery of therapeutic interventions in educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Open to both onsite and, as available, virtual service provision
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students, adapting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing case reviews
