School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, MA

This contract position runs from July 6th through August 14th, 2026, with daytime hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, totaling 14 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and individualized speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Design and implement treatment plans that address students’ unique communication needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adapt therapy approaches as necessary
- Document all services, maintain records, and participate in family consultations as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment that supports student growth and communication confidence
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid State SLP Licensure (or eligibility for licensure by program start date)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with ESY programs, preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
