Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly regarded
- Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with school guidelines
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student achievement
- Deliver progress reports and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Maintain timely documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards
