Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping students succeed academically and socially
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
