What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, including those with a range of communication needs
- Familiarity with healthcare and educational SLP best practices
- Competence in teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and students
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, both in-person and virtually, to address articulation, fluency, language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
- Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with legal and school requirements
- Collaborate with teachers and families to promote generalization and carryover of therapy goals
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as an expert resource
