Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Commitment to providing services onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within an engaging educational environment
- Monitor progress, adapt strategies as needed, and document student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Provide resources and recommendations to support generalization of skills in school and at home
